How to Order

To assist you in shopping, we have provided an order form.  We suggest printing out a blank order form which you can complete while you are browsing through our store. See bottom of this page or order form page for shipping information. (Please note that orders cannot be placed directly on the website. You must use one of the methods listed below.)

Accepted methods of payment are: credit/debit card (Discover, Mastercard, Visa), money order/bank draft, or personal check. All prices are shown in US dollar amounts and all orders must be paid in US funds. We do not accept PayPal or checks by phone.

PHONE:   Call us at 406-651-8199 to place your order.  Please have the item numbers and credit card information handy. Our store hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time (11-8 Eastern, 10-7 Central, 8-5 Pacific). Please note: if all order lines are busy, fax machine may answer and you will need to try again in a few minutes. If you phone in an order and plan to pay by money order or personal check, please send a copy of your order including complete name and shipping information along with your payment. Payment should be received within 7 days of placing order.

FAX:   Our fax number is 406-655-1981, and is available 24 hours a day. Please print out an Order Form and fill in required information, including a contact phone number and credit card number. If you are unable to print out an order form, use a blank sheet of paper and be sure to include all the required shipping and ordering information.

e-MAIL:   Send an e-mail message with your name, complete shipping address, contact phone number, item numbers with a brief description, and method of payment (money order, personal check).  We do not recommend sending a credit card number via email. Credit card numbers should be phoned or faxed to us. We will no longer call for credit card numbers due in part to time zone differences and trying to catch people at home. If paying by money order or personal check, please send a copy of your order including complete name and shipping information along with your payment. Payment should be received within 7 days of placing order.

MAIL:   Of course, your mail orders are always welcome.  If you are unable to print out an order form, use a blank sheet of paper and be sure to include all the required shipping and ordering information. Payment must be received along with the order.  We accept personal checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and credit/debit cards (Discover, Mastercard, Visa).  Our mailing address is as follows: Action Toys, 2274 S.  INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:   International orders are accepted. Exact shipping costs are charged based on package weight and size.  To find out exact shipping costs, please email toy order numbers to us and where you live so we can figure shipping costs. All International orders are shipped via US International Priority Mail with delivery in 10-14 business days. All orders must be paid by either credit card (Discover, Mastercard, Visa) or money order/bank draft in US funds. Orders may be placed by either phone, fax, mail or email.

 SHIPPING IN THE U.S.:   Shipping is $9.75 on orders of $100 or less.  On orders over $100, the shipping is 10% of the order total. For example, if your order comes to $125 than shipping would be $12.50 (125.00 x .10 = 12.50).  Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska will be slightly more. Please note there are additional charges for expedited or international orders. Additional shipping charges may apply to large size items or oversize packages. Additional shipping charges may apply to packages shipped to East Coast states (shown in orange & gray on map below). See Order Form for further shipping charge information. SPlease note that ALL orders in the U.S. over 3 lbs. sent to a Post Office Box will be charged additional shipping (actual shipping costs) regardless of order dollar amount.

The $9.75/10% shipping charges do not include Pedal Tractors & Pedal Tractor Accessories or other items where shipping is specified in the item description. Please see Order Form for additional shipping information on these items.

Orders paid by credit card or money order are usually shipped same day received. Orders paid by personal check are shipped within 7 working days of being received. Depending on location, UPS or US Mail delivery time is 3-7 working days. Please note that Saturday & Sunday are not counted as a working day.

RETURN POLICY: You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit as long as it is in the original, saleable condition and includes original packaging (no open bubble packaging). You must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization Number and this number must be noted on the shipping label. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE TOYS: You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item by either phone or email for further instructions. We will not accept returns of damaged or defective toys without prior authorization. Damaged or defective toys must have their original packaging and be returned with original packaging. No claims will be accepted after 15 days.
