How to Order

To assist you in shopping, we have provided an order form. We suggest printing out a blank order form which you can complete while you are browsing through our store. (Please note that orders cannot be placed directly on the website. You must use one of the methods listed below.)

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Credit/Debit card (Discover, MasterCard, Visa), Money Order or Personal Check (US only). All prices are shown in US dollar amounts and all orders must be paid in US funds. All checks and money orders should be made out to Action Toys. We do not accept PayPal or checks by phone.

HOW TO ORDER:

PHONE: Call us at 406-651-8199. Have the item stock numbers and your credit card information handy. Phone orders may be placed Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm MST.
FAX: Fax number is 406-655-1981, available 24 hours. Print an Order Form for faxing.
MAIL: Print and complete Order Form. Send along with payment to:

E-MAIL: Send to lisap@actionfarmtoys.com with your name, complete shipping address, contact phone number, item numbers, quantity and brief description of item. May call with credit card or send a check or money order. Payment must be received within 7 days of order confirmation otherwise order may be cancelled.

SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES:
We ship by UPS or US Mail. Actual Shipping Costs will apply with a minimum of $5.75 for US Mail and $9.75 for UPS shipping for the first pound. Shipping costs are based on the weight, size and destination of your package. Orders will be shipped by either UPS or Mail, depending on which is less expensive.

If sending a check or money order, you MUST contact us by phone or email prior to ordering for shipping costs. Please include complete shipping address and item stock numbers in your email or correspondence for accurate costs. If you do not call or email for a shipping quote, your order may be returned for additional payment or shorted items to cover shipping costs. If paying by credit or debit card, you may also contact us prior to ordering for shipping costs.

Next Day, Second Day Air & Third Day UPS service is available. Cost based on weight, size and destination of package.

NOTE: Due to the large size of some of the Bruder and Big Farm brand items, OVERSIZE shipping charges may apply on orders of 2 or more items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We accept International orders. All prices are in US dollars. Orders must be paid by credit card or money order in US funds. Orders are shipped via US International Mail with delivery in 10-14 business days. Shipping costs are based on weight and size of package. Please note that we may not ship to all countries. Contact us by email with stock numbers, quantities and shipping info prior to ordering for shipping costs.

NOTE: Item price and shipping charges do not include any duty or tax which may be charged upon arrival. Duty/tax are the buyer's responsibility. These charges, if any, are normally collected at time of delivery and should not be confused as additional shipping charges. Also merchandise will not be marked below value or as "gifts" - US and International regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURN POLICY:
You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit as long as it is in the original, saleable condition and includes original packaging (no open bubble packaging). You must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization Number and this number must be noted on the shipping label or package. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer. Item must be returned within 10 days of Return Authorization number being issued. Items returned without original packaging or missing any parts not noted prior to returning will be charged a 15% fee.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE TOYS or ORDER ERRORS:
You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item by either phone or email for further instructions. We will not accept returns of damaged, defective or toys received in error without prior authorization. Damaged or defective toys must have their original packaging and be returned with original packaging. No claims will be accepted after 15 days.

NOTE: For items received defective, damaged or in error, a replacement or corrected item may be sent along with a prepaid return shipping label for the item. However, the price of the replacement item will be charged to a credit card. Once the defective or incorrect item is returned to us, the cost of the item will be credited back to the credit card.

DELIVERY TIME:
Orders paid by credit card or money order are shipped within 24 hours. Orders paid by check are shipped within 4-6 working days of being received. Orders received after 2:00 p.m on Friday or on Saturday are shipped the following Monday. US Priority Mail delivery is 2-4 working days. UPS or US Parcel Post Mail delivery time is 2-6 working days, depending on destination. Please note that Saturday and Sunday, or Holidays are not counted as a working day. Action Toys is not responsible for delays caused due to weather or delays caused by carrier.
