• Orders of $100 or less - $9.75 shipping within the United States
• Orders over $100 - shipping is 10% of order total, within the United States
• Please note that ALL orders in the U.S. over 3 lbs. being sent to a Post Office Box or by U.S. Mail may be charged for additional shipping costs above regular shipping.

• Due to the large size of some Bruder brand items, additional shipping charges may apply for orders of 2 or more items. Additional shipping may also be charged on oversize packages and large size orders shipped to East Coast states (shown in orange & gray on map below)

EXPEDITED ORDERS:  Please contact us by phone, fax or email for exact shipping costs prior to placing order. Charges are based on weight and size of package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped U.S.P.S. International Priority Mail with delivery in 10-14 working days. Actual shipping costs will be charged. Shipping is based on the weight and size of the package. Please contact us by email or fax prior to ordering with item numbers and we will contact you by email with exact cost of the order, including shipping. Note: charges do not include any duty or taxes which may be imposed by country of delivery.

* Shipping charges are 10% of order total with a  minimum $9.75 shipping charge. For orders of $100 or less, shipping is $9.75. For orders over $100, shipping is 10% of the order total. For example, if your order comes to $125, then shipping is $12.50 (125.00 x .10 = 12.50). Expedited Orders (Next Day, 2nd Day & 3rd Day UPS) will be charged exact shipping costs. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska will be by Priority Mail and will be charged exact shipping costs.

Orders paid by credit card or money order are usually shipped same day received. Orders paid by personal check are shipped within 7 working days of being received. Depending on location, UPS or US Mail delivery time is 3-7 working days in the U.S. Please note that Saturday & Sunday are not counted as a working day.

RETURN POLICY: You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item. The item can be returned for full credit as long as it is in the original, saleable condition and includes original packaging (no open bubble or sealed packaging). You must contact us by phone or email to receive a Return Authorization Number and this number must be noted on the shipping label. Return freight fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE TOYS: You must contact us within 10 days of the date you receive the item by either phone or email for further instructions. We will not accept returns of damaged or defective toys without prior authorization. Damaged or defective toys must have their original packaging and be returned with original packaging.  No claims will be accepted after 15 days.
